warranty repairs, please follow the steps
below.
Email, Fax
or Telephone with the following
information:

Customer number ( if you have dealt
with us before)
- Your
Name, Address, Telephone / fax / email
details.
- Product
Model Number
- Product
Serial Number & Date of
Purchase
- Full
description of problem /
fault
We will
issue a returns authorization which will
be sent to you by your preferred
method, email, fax, post.

Warranty repairs MUST be sent back
with a copy of the original
purchase invoice included in the box, We
cannot process any warranty repair without
this document. Upon receipt of the returns
authorization, please return your goods to
the address shown. Make sure that the
returns number is clearly marked on the
outside of your package. Please also
ensure that your goods are well packed to
minimize any damage during carriage.
Unless otherwise arranged, all carriage
costs are the responsibility of the
sender.
