Repairs - Returns Procedure
Whilst we are UK Warranty service centre for both RCF and DB Technologies, we also carry out non warranty repairs to both manufactures products. We are also happy to provide a quotation for repair / service of any other audio or allied products. If you wish to return a product to us for repair, please follow the steps below. Email, Fax or Telephone with the following information: Your Customer number ( if you have dealt with us before) Your Name, Address, Telephone / fax / email details. Product Model Number Product Serial Number Full description of problem / fault Request Repair or Estimate. We will issue a returns authorization which will be sent to you by your preferred method, email, fax, post. On Line Returns Request form Upon receipt of the returns authorization, please return your goods to the address shown.Make sure that the returns number is clearly marked on the outside of your package. Please also ensure that you goods are well packed to minimize any damage during carriage. Unless otherwise arranged, all carriage costs are the responsibility of the sender.
