- RX 3000 System
Control The CP
3100 is the central microprocessor control
unit of the RX 3000 matrix system. A
loudspeaker unit mounted on the front
panel is used to monitor the audio output
signal of the power amplifiers connected
to the system. This function operates in
conjunction with the optional RB 3300 back
amplifier boards. A mute key is provide to
enable and disable the monitoring
function. Status indicators are provided
to give a visual identification of power
and alarm conditions. The unit is equipped
with two RS 485 communications ports, one
port is used to communicate with the BM
3616 digital microphone consoles and the
second port to communicate with the RB
3300 back amplifier boards. A DCI serial
communication port is used to connect to
the MB 3200 sub frames and a parallel port
is provided to allow printing of the
system configuration files and alarm
